Habib Abubakar also learned to the scholars and Saints' in Seiwun, Hadramaut, among others: Al-Habib Ali bin Muhammad Al-Ethiopia (Shahibul maulid simthudurar), Al-Habib Muhammad bin Ali Assegaf, Al-Habib K. bin Umar Al-Ethiopia Al-Habib Ahmad bin Hasan Al-Attas, Al-Habib Abdurrahman Al-Masyhur, Sheikh Al-Habib bin K. Al-Aydrus, and others.
